"Oklahoma Says Yes" kicks off Friday, and won't end until Senator Coburn lifts his hold

Dozens have attended lobby meetings, hundreds have made phone calls, and thousands have written letters. And while Senator Coburn's office has started to feel the heat, they continue to block the passage of the landmark LRA Disarmament and Northern Uganda Recovery Act.

This Friday will mark the beginning of the end. Oklahoma Says Yes - a rally starting at the Oklahoma State Capitol and ending at Senator Coburn's Oklahoma City office - starts Friday afternoon, and won't end until the Senator either lifts his hold or personally negotiates a compromise that allows the bill to pass. For the sturdy and strong of heart, we're hosting a 24-hour "hold-out" outside Senator Coburn's office until he lifts his hold.
