LRA/N. Uganda bill now has over 100 cosponsors in House!

Even if Congress can't seem to agree about healthcare (or much else, or that matter) there seems to be one issue that's bringing Representatives of all political stripes together: the need to bring an end to LRA violence and rebuild northern Uganda.

This week, the historic LRA Disarmament and Northern Uganda Recovery Act crossed the 100 cosponsor mark - there are currently 103 cosponsors for the bill in the House of Representatives! This is huge progress and a testament to the hard work of citizens all across the country who have made this issue a priority for their elected officials.

We're going to be launching some new organizing tools shortly after the Congressional recess to help those of you whose reps still haven't signed on - so keep an eye out for those! But in the meantime, let's take a second to celebrate how far we've come!
