New campaign announced: Knock on your Senator's door to end Kony's war

We've been telling you for the past few months about the resurgence of Joseph Kony's acts of terror, now engulfing three different countries and affecting millions of people. Today, we're launching a major campaign designed to help you do something about it.

We're in the process of working with Congressional offices on critical legislation that could put an end to the LRA'a atrocities. If passed by Congress and signed by President Obama, it would represent the most significant action ever taken by the US government to put an end to this crisis.

But the only way this bill is going to have any shot at passing is with your help. That's why we're launching Knock, Knock, an initiative to facilitate local meetings between activists across the country and their representatives in Congress.

During the first two weeks of April, Congress will be on recess, and your representatives will be in their local offices, waiting to hear from you about what they should be doing.
