Uganda's Unfinished Peace
The latest issue of TIME Magazine includes an article on the recent roadblock to peace in northern Uganda. Written by a reporter on the Congo/Sudan border who was there with the delegation waiting for Joseph Kony to come out of the bush and sign the final peace agreement on April 10, the article offers interesting insider perspective on what took place that day. It also makes note of the regional threat posed by the LRA should they not be disarmed.
