LRA negotiating team to visit Kony in Garamba in attempt to confirm Otti’s fate

The LRA team currently conducting consultations on justice and reconciliation within Uganda announced today that it will visit LRA leader Joseph Kony within two weeks to find out whether LRA commander Vincent Otti is alive or dead.
