Dispatch from Keri in Kentucky...

Below is an excerpt of the meeting recap sent to us by Keri in Kentucky, who met with Senator McConnell's office.

August 18. 2007:

We met with a representative from Senator Mitch McConnell's office. Larry Cox, the Senator's rep., was very interested to hear about the students' travel to Uganda this summer. He was not familiar with Resolve Uganda or Invisible Children, but did accept the DVD and agreed to share it with as many people as possible. I believe the information will be delivered to the Senator and he will take action in D.C. and contribute to the peaceful end of this 20+ year conflict. Thanks for your help in spreading the word.
