Also, if you have a business card, it’s a good idea to leave it with the person you meet with so that they can be in touch with you regarding any follow-up. And, if you know people who want to participate in the meetings but are unable to, you can always encourage them to write letters to your member of Congress and bring them with you. The more people our leaders hear from, the better!
