What do I need to do to set the meeting up?

If you signed up to participate in a meeting, then someone will be in touch with you at least before the week of events to tell you when and where your meeting is. If you signed up to lead a meeting, then someone from our office will be in touch with you to tell you how to go about setting up the meeting and provide you with any other information you might need.
