Tell Your Leaders

Achieving a resolution to the war in Uganda is going to require that the scale of our concern be matched by action from our leaders. And that will only happen when we let them know that we expect them to be doing all that they can for peace. For more than two decades, our politicians have been allowed to treat the crisis in northern Uganda like there’s nothing they can do about it. But there is.

Right now, there are a few key things our policymakers can and should be doing to help end this war and by taking just a second to let them know that you care, you can help build the pressure to make it happen.

Congress Click here to send an email to your member of Congress to make sure they know that peace is possible and that their action can help achieve it. By increasing financial and diplomatic support for the ongoing peace process and allocating funds to allow displaced people return home, our leaders can help achieve a sustainable, peaceful resolution to this conflict. Send an email to make sure that message is delivered!
