Attend a local lobbying meeting, April 6-17

Knock, Knock

**REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED**

Right now, the communities under attack by the LRA are experiencing levels of violence second only to those occurring in Iraq.

And right now, we're working with Congress to introduce critical legislation that could bring these atrocities to an end.

The combination of these two factors means that we urgently need your help. The time is now to show our leaders that we care about what they are doing -- or not doing -- to end Africa's longest-running war.

From April 6-17, Congress will be on recess, and your representatives will be in their local offices, waiting to hear from you about what they should be doing. We need you to bring the call for peace to their front door - literally.

If you've never done something like this before, that's okay. We're going to make sure you have all the information and help you need to be the best lobbyist you can be. The most important thing is that you sign up and speak out on behalf of the people whose voices have been silenced by this war. We'll take it from there.

The first Resolve Uganda Knock, Knock campaign in 2007 facilitated more than 100 meetings with Members of Congress, and led to dozens of new supporters in Congress for legislation aimed at ending the use of child soldiers worldwide.
